\n\u2022 Working with the sales and reservations team to optimise the conversion of supplied leads to maximise short and long term profitability.
\n\u2022 Selling a renowned top class tourism product in response to leads and incoming phone enquiries mainly from FITs and Corporates, either direct or through agencies. (NO cold calling)
\n\u2022 Utilise the computerised reservations system to track, schedule and update one\u2019s client\u2019s requirements.
\n\u2022 Liaise with clients from first contact to final follow through after the event, in a professional manner.
