Job Title: IT Technician<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:<\/strong> Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong>

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nResponsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, help with completing tasks, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution including remote access to their computers.<\/p>\n
\nProvide first class technical support, via IT helpdesk, phone, email and face-to-face.
\nSystem Support and Administration SAGE X3, Sage CRM, Orb fusion
\nDesktop Support
\nArrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved.
\nLog all IT related calls\/ issues on the call logging system and maintain full documentation.
\nIdentify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person, delivering technical resolutions as they arise and identifying root causes, implementing enhancements to prevent future occurrences.
\nBasic Server administration. Active Directory \/ File Permissions \/ Printer support
\nOffice 365 mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes.
\nResponsible for the smooth running of all client IT systems, including but not limited to anti-virus software, print services and email provision.
\nGroup IT Equipment procurement
\nSetting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
\nEnsuring IT asset register is always up to date.<\/p>\n
\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
\nApplicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
\nAt least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
\nExtensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
\nSolid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
\nExceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
\nExtensive expertise in an IT service desk\/support-related role
\nExcellent working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure including Windows Server, Office 365 and skilled in supporting remote users.
\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and internal service skills<\/p>\n
