We are looking for B2B sales specialists to join us for our MTN campaign, the role entails acquiring new business through cold calling and conversion of prospective customers to actual sales. Achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.<\/p>\n

Job Title: B2B Sales Specialist (Hunter)- MTN<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Achieve individual sales target for new business and customer acquisition Ability to acquire new clients Responsible for developing relationships with prospects Provide accurate forecasting on weekly and monthly sales pipeline Processes and Procedures:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to Candidate profile:<\/strong> Package & Remuneration:<\/strong>

\nCold calling:<\/p>\n
\nAbility to up-sell and cross\u2013sell
\nStrong focus on acquisitions
\nAbility to source and convert own leads
\nCustomer Relationship management:<\/p>\n
\nConduct effective handover of successfully onboarded customers to an account manager
\nReporting:<\/p>\n
\nProvide daily activity and sales report
\nUp-to-date reporting on marketing leads provided
\nReports to be submitted within the timeframes required<\/p>\n
\nEnsure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nMatric \/ Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum)
\nProficient in MS Office (All packages)
\nNo Criminal Record
\nMust have at least 1-2 years\u2019 Experience in B2B (SME) sales with a track record of acquiring new customers
\nMobile\/telecoms experience would be an added advantage
\nProven track record in the form of Commission and\/or Awards, Accolades, Historic Target Achievements<\/p>\n
\nCandidate needs to be a vibrant individual that will adapt to the already-existing energetic and fast paced environment
