Job Title: Finance Administrators<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nLocation: <\/strong>Midrand<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nVerify, allocate and post financial transactions into the correct journal accounts.
\nPrepare and post entries into the general ledger and accounts within the stipulated time frame.
\nReceive and verify service provider invoices before submitting them for approval.
\nPerform suppliers and payments reconciliations.
\nEnsuring all payment batches have the necessary signatures and payments are made within.
\nthe required timeframe.
\nRespond to finance enquiries by gathering, analysing, summarising, and interpreting data.
\nPrepare payment requisitions and perform creditors reconciliation.
\nCapture monthly Discretionary and Mandatory journals and prepare monthly reconciliation.
\nPerform balance sheet reconciliations.
\nPrepare monthly revenue reconciliation.
\nPrepare monthly revenue journals.
\npreparation of Commitment register
\nMaintain the monthly expenditure listings.
\nUpload levies data from DHET into the skills portal
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nDegree in Finance\/Accounting\/management account
\nAt least 18 months of experience in Finance
\nExperience with ERP systems; preferably Sage evolution.<\/p>\n
