\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nIdentify, recognize, and establish opportunities through an aggressive and consistent approach via cold call activities to take all available products in the portfolio to market i.e. Office Automation (Konica Minolta), IP Telephony, CCTV (Hikvision) and IT Support.
\nActively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
\nNegotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
\nResponding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
\nProviding customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
\nContact new and existing customers to discuss needs
\nDesired Skills and Experience
\nSkilled customer service ability both telephonically and at client premises.
\nHigh level of resilience and the ability to deal with rejection handling.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication relating to customer interaction.
\nGood listening skills and attention to details and ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
\nA great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination.
