Job Title: Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Sales Executive<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Direct Sales:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Promote sales and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach<\/p>\n \u2022 Demonstrates products to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.<\/p>\n \u2022 Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers<\/p>\n \u2022 Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential<\/p>\n \u2022 Develop clear and effective written quotations for current and prospective customers<\/p>\n \u2022 Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales, account receipts and logistics<\/p>\n \u2022 Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned Rep Code Area to generate new business for the company\u2019s products<\/p>\n \u2022 Attend to and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints<\/p>\n Product Knowledge and Further Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Keep up-to-date with new products, market conditions, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of relevant literature and consulting with the marketing department<\/p>\n \u2022 Identify advantages and compare organization’s products<\/p>\n Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> Educational Background:<\/strong> \u2022 Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand Afrikaans and English<\/p>\n \u2022 Tertiary Qualification in Sales\/Marketing will be to applicants\u2019 advantage<\/p>\n \u2022 Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales\/customer service role<\/p>\n \u2022 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota<\/p>\n \u2022 Valid License with own reliable transport<\/p>\n Knowledge\/Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to learn about products and services and present\/describe\/explain them to prospective clients<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n \u2022 Outgoing and not afraid to \u2018put yourself out there\u2019<\/p>\n \u2022 Able to handle rejection<\/p>\n \u2022 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints<\/p>\n \u2022 Operational Agility<\/p>\n Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to show initiative<\/p>\n \u2022 Self-motivated and dedicated<\/p>\n \u2022 Performance Driven<\/p>\n \u2022 Well-organised<\/p>\n Package & Remuneration:<\/strong> Basic Salary<\/p>\n Commission<\/p>\n Tablet with company software<\/p>\n Medical, pension, funeral contributions<\/p>\n OWN vehicle essential \u2013 submit a copy of your driver\u2019s licence with you application.<\/p>\n OWN cell phone<\/p>\n
