To maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by driving New Acquisitions and Upgrades as well as reduce churn. This role will exercise your abilities in both as a Hunter and a Farmer within the mobile space. You should work to satisfy customer needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver an overall positive customer experience. \nMaintain and grow existing client base
\nConduct customer account analysis
\nMaintain, build and service relationships on a regular basis<\/p>\n
\nProvide feedback to customers within 24hrs<\/p>\n
\nProvide daily activity and sales report
\nMonthly Base report to be provided<\/p>\n
\nEnsure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nMatric \/ Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum)
\nProficient in MS Office (All packages)
\nNo Criminal Record
\n1 \u2013 2 years mobile\/telecoms experience will be an added advantage
\nMust have at least 1-2 years\u2019 Experience as a B2B sales executive\/Account manager within the Telecommunications industry (ICT, Fixed lines etc) however mobile experience will be an advantage
\nProven track record in the form of Commission and\/or Awards, Accolades, Historic Target Achievements<\/p>\n
