Achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Virtual Sales Account Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Roodepoort<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Target Achievement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Achieve individual sales target for new business and retentions\/upgrades<\/p>\n<p>Cold calling:<\/p>\n<p>Ability to acquire new clients<br \/>\nAbility to up-sell and cross\u2013sell<br \/>\nStrong focus on acquisitions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Relationship management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for developing relationships with the assigned customer base<br \/>\nMaintain and grow existing client base<br \/>\nConduct customer account analysis<br \/>\nMaintain, build and service relationships on a regular basis<\/p>\n<p><strong>Query management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Identify, address and resolve concerns \/ queries<br \/>\nProvide feedback to customers within 24hrs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide weekly pipeline report<br \/>\nProvide daily activity and sales report<br \/>\nMonthly Base report to be provided<\/p>\n<p><strong>Processes and Procedures:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to<br \/>\nEnsure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner<br \/>\nDesired Experience &amp; Qualification<br \/>\nMatric \/ Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum)<br \/>\nProficient in MS Office (All packages)<br \/>\nNo Criminal Record<br \/>\n1 \u2013 2 years mobile\/telecoms experience will be an added advantage<br \/>\nMust have at least 1-2 years\u2019 Experience as a B2B sales executive\/Account manager within the Telecommunications industry (ICT, Fixed lines etc) however mobile experience will be an advantage<br \/>\nProven track record in the form of Commission and\/or Awards, Accolades, Historic Target Achievements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidate needs to be a vibrant individual that will adapt to the already-existing energetic and fast paced environment<br \/>\nStrong Sales ability coupled with business acumen<br \/>\nExcellent presentation skills<br \/>\nCommunication skills<br \/>\nDecision making skills<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal skills<br \/>\nTime management skills<br \/>\nAbility to formulate, set and manage goals and objectives<br \/>\nAbility to cope with high pressure levels and manage stress effectively<br \/>\nExcellent telephone and email etiquette<br \/>\nStrong relationship building, account planning and process competence skills<br \/>\nTelecommunications product and industry knowledge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Package &amp; Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nA lucrative commission structure with basics up to R18k depending on skill, experience and proof of income.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnet.co.za\/viewlets\/apply\/job-apply-form-viewlet\/authentication?listingId=3593299&amp;isMobile=false&amp;buttonPos=Sticky_Button&amp;locale=en_ZA&amp;rltr=&amp;source=listing\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>NB: Thank you for choosing Talksure as your employer of choice.
