\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nIT Infrastructure, management and uptime, planning and monitoring systems and services.
\nInitiating, coordinating and enforcing systems IT policies and procedures.
\nDirects technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices and on projects.
\nProject Management.
\nPerform all supervisory responsibilities associated with the IT Department (Infrastructure aspect within) \u2013 including employee related issues.
\nEnforcing company policies and procedures as a member of management for all employees.
\nPresent a professional as a representative of the company.
\nEstablish and maintain effective professional working relationships with coworkers and every level of management.
\nDetermine the goals of IT within broad outlines provided by the executive management and contribute to the continuity of computer services by providing necessary technical leadership and project coordination.
\nForecast costs, equipment and personnel needs for projects and programs as required and related to MIS operations.
\nStay abreast of the latest developments in IT Technology space and remain highly technically competent at all levels of data processing while for enhanced user productivity through implementing of new software technology where applicable, and the implementation of policies that more effectively utilize resources.
\nPrepare and maintain Monthly \\ Daily tasks, checklists for all IT work
\nVerifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
\nPreserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
\nRecommends information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating outcomes and trends, identifying problems, anticipating requirements.
\nAttend online webinars \/ workshops as required by company. (As required)
\nDevelop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs.
\nCreate and maintain continuity plans that will keep company functional in the event of a crisis.
\nCollaborate with team members to achieve the desired results.<\/p>\n
\nIT Network Management (must have experience in networking, cabling, switches, firewalls, Wireless, etc)
\nSoftware (installation and support)
\nServers and Workstations (Manage, Maintain, Report and troubleshooting, etc.)
\nVirtual Machine Manage (create, configure, maintain, troubleshoot) (HyperV, VMware)
\nPrinter & consumables manage (installation, troubleshooting and maintenance)
\nVOIP (Good understanding on IP Phones, PBX, IRV, routing)
\nServer Administration (Domain, DNS, DHCP, Group policies, Active directory)
\nGood Knowledge on Network devices (Switches, Routers, Firewall (FortiGate))
\nIP Addressing (Understand IP, types & classes, subnet mask, VLANS.)
\nCCTV Monitoring and troubleshooting (liaise with provider)
\nBackups (creating and maintaining where required)
\nIT Assets management (Asset tagging, adding to register, etc)
\nOnboarding of new staff (creating the employee profile with system requirement)
\nApplication Administration SSO, CRM (learn, create & manage user access app)
\nEnd User desktop support (Computers, hardware, software (Operating system, Office, apps, etc)
\nISP Manage with 3rd party providers
\nGoogle Workspace (Administration)
\nWeb domains (will manage company domains, SSL certificate, liaise with provider if needed)
\nExternal Providers (liaise with, facilitate, request on high priority tasks)
