\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nResponsible for preparatory scoping and analysis of employee and client\u2019s unique training needs
\nCollaborating with other teams and SMEs in the company to identify training needs
\nUse various data-collection methods and techniques to conduct needs analysis for eLearning courses
\nEffectively collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design training
\nDemonstrate knowledge, skills, and creativity related to eLearning instructional design
\nOversee the process of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating eLearning courses
\nAssists with the design and development of learning solutions and assessment strategies.
\nPrepare and\/or source relevant and required training manuals
\nLiaises with graphic designers and adapts and maps appropriate specific outcomes from identified unit standards.
\nAdministers the booking of courses and updates employee and client records with course results
\nReporting of employee and client training
\nPrepare training facility to ensure equipment\/material is available
\nProvide structure and plan for building and executing on training requirements for employees and users of our systems and technology
\nManages the company\u2019s onboarding and training portal<\/p>\n
