Job Title: Media Campaign Assistant<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Update and take Client store photographs weekly (Reports, Social Media, Newsletter)<\/p>\n Proof of execution, photographs & video content to be sent to Network Manager and Sales Coordinator at commencement of new campaign<\/p>\n Post campaign reporting, compile and send to Sales Coordinator monthly<\/p>\n Capturing and compiling social media content<\/p>\n Pull together newsworthy content to share internally and on our PR platforms<\/p>\n Maintain good awareness of the Campaign Calendar (ensuring all campaigns are captured timeously)<\/p>\n Maintaining an understanding on the campaign process and execution via Magnetic (Artwork Process)<\/p>\n Ensure client presentations and supporting documentation are updated and backed up<\/p>\n Strategic store visits to ensure various stores are covered monthly and reporting on any store issues are communicated via offsite protocol.<\/p>\n Client birthdays & Client events<\/p>\n
