As a Digital Marketing Coordinator\/Executive Assistant, we are looking for someone who will oversee the day-to-day execution of digital marketing plans and ensure the brand is consistent and in line with the company\u2019s strategy.<\/p>\n
As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the HOD & MD with daily administration and assistant duties such as diary management, booking flights and coordinating daily activities etc.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Assisting with the development of a digital marketing plan.<\/p>\n Development of the digital persona per brand with the DSS HOD.<\/p>\n Reporting on and managing all content development requirements for all digital platforms and newsletters.<\/p>\n Aligning all digital marketing channels, including social media.<\/p>\n Producing social media content for posting.<\/p>\n Producing small informational or staff videos with the Digital Content Division to fulfill the digital marketing plan.<\/p>\n Assisting with website updates and keeping various teams up to date.<\/p>\n Public Relations Liaison between PR Company, Website Team, Content Development Team and HOD.<\/p>\n Monthly newsletter support.<\/p>\n Social media content development.<\/p>\n Manage PR calendar and provide support.<\/p>\n Liaise with HR on internal content and provide support where necessary.<\/p>\n Executive Coordinator:<\/strong><\/p>\n Undertake research and prepare monthly reports, presentations, corporate submissions,and other correspondence for the Head of Digital Signage Solutions (DSS). Ensuring all company documentation and CI is up to date and to action various updates to happen proactively.<\/p>\n Manage all contracts and administration.<\/p>\n Preparation of high-level reports and correspondence \u2013 monthly and quarterly.<\/p>\n Discuss the work schedule daily to check priorities, ensure that the HOD is aware of appointments for the day and schedule\/reschedule according to changes that may occur.<\/p>\n Screen calls and emails, respond to enquiries, attend to meeting requests and type responses ensuring that correspondence is dealt with daily.<\/p>\n Prioritise correspondence (email, letters, memoranda, and documents) and present to the HOD each day for signature.<\/p>\n Coordinate and follow up on certain projects and reports with all the line managers.<\/p>\n Resolving company and departmental related queries \u2013 externally and internally.<\/p>\n Arranging meetings and organising necessary material.<\/p>\n Arrange and book venues for meetings (internal and external) and ensure that all parties are informed and make catering and infrastructure arrangements.<\/p>\n Collecting and delivering tender documents.<\/p>\n Assist with tender compiling and the tendering process.<\/p>\n Ensure that the tender documents are completed and are accurate.<\/p>\n Attend tender briefing meetings.<\/p>\n Liaise with all team members to ensure accuracy and compliance as per client specifications.<\/p>\n Provide administration support with tenders \/ proposals and monitor a timeline.<\/p>\n Review final documents for quality control and proofread for accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n Provide continuous feedback to the team and prioritise order of importance ofengagements.
