Job Title: Commercial Contract Manager<\/strong> Job Summary: <\/strong> Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong> Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Rosebank<\/p>\n
\nCommercial contract manager with experience in contract management within a technical environment to support the Procurement division with pre and post contract operational support.<\/p>\n
\nManaging pre-contract activities including EOI\u2019s, Tenders and Confidentially Agreements \u2013 NDAs
\nSupport tenders to review terms and conditions of major tender contracts, including drafting of commercial\/contract management clauses
\nSupport contract draft & implementation in coordination with Group Procurement, Legal and SSC as relevant
\nEffectively manage the administration of all supplier & Customer contracts
\nEstablish and maintain the Contractual Obligations matrix liaising with business users to ensure obligations are understood and effectively implemented within the respective functional activities i.e., carry out contracts performance management activities.
\nMaintain contractual records, documentation such as receipt and control of all contracts correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
\nEnsure contracts database is UpToDate and all contract renewals are reviewed\/acted on time.
\nEnsure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties (Suppliers & End users) to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
\nDevelop and foster successful, long-term business relationships and ongoing process improvements with key suppliers, internal stakeholders, and peers to enable ensure contracts and contract management is effective<\/p>\n
\nBcom Law or legal degree with commercial law as a major, or Bcom business management
\nExperience of 5+ years in a contract management role, ideally at a telecoms company or IT\/Technical company
\nTrack record of independently managing contracts
\nExperience of working with cross-functional teams in complex sourcing projects
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills
\nSouth Africa supply market knowledge and experience is a requirement
\nExpert Level in MS-Excel and Powerpoint and relevant Procurement tools\/systems
\nStrong project management skills to instigate, deliver and supplier performance manage direct and outsourced suppliers
\nPostgraduate business degree would be an added advantage<\/p>\n
