Job Title: IT Marketing Manager<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Brand Building<\/p>\n Development and roll-out of brand strategy (mission, vision and value proposition); Implementation and development of marketing, campaign and event strategies; Corporate governance is the practices and principles that guide a business and ensures its accountability to its stakeholders. It is a set of processes that affects how a company is operated, regulated and controlled, and good corporate governance adheres to ethical standards, best practices; Responsible for self-development by keeping abreast of new development by following the applicable processes and procedures. Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> School : Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification<\/p>\n Professional \/ Tertiary : Diploma \/ Degree in Marketing equivalent to NQF6<\/p>\n MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n At least 5 years\u2019 previous relevant experience in the capacity of marketing manager.

\nKEY TASKS:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nStrategy formulation
\nIncrease brand visibility and sales through Marketing strategies and activities;
\nConceptualize and develop brand activities with relevant role-players;
\nManage agencies, customers and suppliers on branding building activities
\nIdentify potential marketing opportunities for brand building, including Public Relations, Events;
\nDevelopment and maintenance of marketing strategies with Corporate Services Executive
\nImplementation and introduction of innovative marketing techniques to maximise brand building.
\nSet monthly targets and manage marketing events with the approval of the Corporate Services Executive;
\nDevelopment and Maintenance of annual marketing activities for monthly reports;
\nIdentify business opportunities, growth, and risks of market changes.
\nCustodian of the Sizwe Africa IT Group brand
\nPromote new products and services using innovative and cost-effective methods
\nGo to market strategies for various verticals
\nSponsorships, Trade Shows, OEM Support<\/p>\n
\nImplementation of all communication across all channels, including online and social media;
\nAssisting with product development and new and current product\/services;
\nAssisting business units and OEM\u2019s on developing new business opportunities, in line with company and business unit strategies;
\nAnalysis of competitor and OEM strategies;
\nImplementation, analysis and tracking of sponsorships;
\nImplementation, analysis and tracking of trade shows performance, effectiveness
\nDeveloping strong relationships with key role-players (including but not limited to PR, Digital, Social Media);
\nCoordinate the execution and communication of marketing activities;
\nAssist with market research activities.
\nProactively drive joint marketing campaigns with OEM\u2019s
\nEvaluate performance of marketing campaigns
\nMonitor and improve SEO
\nGovernance, Compliance and Risk Management<\/p>\n
\nEnsures your department\/division functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
\nIdentifying compliance issues. Ensuring written and verbal policies and regulations of an organization are kept in check.
\nRisk Management strategies and processes: Support management to identify and analyze the risk which could have an impact of loss to the organization, employees, customers, suppliers and the public.
\nAudit exposure- ensure all marketing related risks are mitigated as per the company Policies
\nSelf Development:<\/p>\n
\nKeep up-to-date with trends in social media marketing, online marketing, including direct response marketing.
\nAny ad hoc function required to perform from management from time to time<\/p>\n
