\nYour Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nSupport Network and Windows infrastructures changes.
\nUpdate and maintain, possibly create some new controls and procedures
\nSupport other IT teams in problem or incident solving (level 3 escalation)
\nDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, network configuration, Window infrastructure issue related
\nApply appropriate Immediate Response Procedure to any identified security incident
\nParticipate to COMPANY\u2019s Infrastructure and Security initiatives and projects
\nProperly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developer) or vendors
\nEnsure all issues are properly logged and managed in ITSM solution
\nBased on predefined procedures, perform recurring or ad-hoc controls
\nPrioritize and manage several open issues\/activities at one time
\nPrepare accurate and timely reports
\nDocument technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
\nAs per procurement procedure, order and prepare required Assets<\/p>\n
\nYour Profile<\/p>\n
\nProven work experience as Operation and Infrastructure Analyst.<\/p>\n
\nRelevant experience in Microsoft 365 (identity management – hybrid environment)
\nRelevant experience in Azure (VMs management \/ Resource groups \/ Apps registration \/ conditional access.
\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure security framework (Microsoft 365 Defender \/ Security and Compliance)
\nHands-on experience with Windows server (2016\/2019\/2022), Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
\nKnowledge on PowerShell scripting Your other skills
