Job Title: IT\/ ICT Business Analyst, Telecomms <\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Manage business processes and address systemic and operational issues
\nLocation:<\/strong> Randburg<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nAnalyse, document and update identified and prioritised L3\/L4 processes
\nMap processes in Visio\/iServer
\nDefine and update policies and procedures (wherever applicable) as per ISO 9001 Quality Standard
\nObtain sign-off on processes, policies, and procedures (wherever applicable)
\nAccurately assess the risks associated with each quality process
\nProduce process recommendations trackers as per standardised template
\nProduce requirements specifications (wherever applicable)
\nProduce a weekly status report for the programme sponsor<\/p>\n
\nBusiness Process Optimisation within Enterprise Business Unit
\nRe-engineering existing ICT processes and buid new processes for the future
\nAnalysis of business processes and process mapping for different business functions
\nChange management
\nEstablish and maintain quality standards that will enhance the customer experience and cost efficiency<\/p>\n
