Job Title: Junior Legal Advisor<\/strong> Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong> Assist to coordinate and keep diaries for EXCO and formal Board & Shareholders meetings in consultation with Company Secretary (Where applicable) Assist with the review and drafting of agreements as the company requires. Monitor pending litigation matters. Conduct legal research as required to assist senior legal staff. Report and highlight any potential legal risk to the business. General legal advisor responsibilities and the ability to resolve routine legal issues. Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> LLB or BCOM LAW Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

\nRecording keeping (litigation, agreements & company documents)
\nCompany changes with CIPC
\nAssisting in keeping and distributing Board packs and meeting minutes.
\nCommunicating with external parties (regulators, external legal, public authorities, etc.),
\nMaintain company records.
\nAssist with BBBEE audits.
\nContracts<\/p>\n
\nAssist with the execution of agreements and version control.
\nAssist with contract management.
\nLitigation management & control.<\/p>\n
\nAssisting external legal counsel with requested information.
\nLegal research<\/p>\n
\nWriting of legal memo\u2019s and structuring legal opinions.
\nRisk management<\/p>\n
\nGeneral<\/p>\n
\nAssist the Executive with providing legal information and reports.
\nAssist with administration of company\u2019s document management system.<\/p>\n
\nRequirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n1-3 Years\u2019 Experience in in-house legal or reputable law firm
\nExperience in legal drafting (contract, letters) essential
\nTelecommunication experience advantageous.
\nSkills<\/p>\n
\nIT literacy \/ Computer skills – MS Office
\nGood research ability
\nGood Organisational and Time Management Skills.
\nExcellent Interpersonal Skills.
\nDetail-oriented.
