\nAs the Head of the Finance Department you would be required to lead, manage and be strategically involved in the day to day operations of the growing business. The Financial Head will be responsible for the financial health and governance of the business.<\/p>\n
\nCA(SA) or ACMA with 8 years commercial experience.<\/p>\n
\nCA(SA) or ACMA
\nTechnology, Telecommunications and ICT industry
\nInvolvement in the company’s financial decisions
\nPredicting future financial trends
\nReviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
\nReporting to the board of Directors and shareholders and providing advice on the company’s future
\nDeveloping strategies that work to minimise financial risks
\nEffectively improving finances accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
\nEffectively improving finance relations between the finance function and the rest of the company
\nEnsure company compliance regarding tax, the Companies Act and other relevant standards and regulations
\nCollaboration and management of companies BEE regulations and audits
\nResponsible for daily, monthly processes and ERP<\/p>\n
