Job Title: Aftersales Specialist Mobile Devices\/ ICT 6 – 12 Months Contract – West Rand (JHB)<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Track repairs for all EBU customers through OEMs Ensure availability of loan units in various locations Promote, Track and support insurance offering to business customers Dashboard all aftersales requests with tracking of key KPI items Drive training with sales and other internal stakeholders

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nDevice Repairs<\/p>\n
\nEnsure that OEMs meet & exceed their SLA
\nEnsure that all OEMs are onboarded for aftersales performance
\nLoan unit management<\/p>\n
\nOversea governance with internal stakeholders to reduce pilferage
\nResolve customer related issues with loan unit issuing
\nManage lifecycle of loan units
\nEngage with internal stakeholders or customers to resolve any issues or enhancements required.
\nManage stock take of units across national teams
\nPrepare monthly or adhoc reports on loan units.
\nInsurance product<\/p>\n
\nUpdating pricing for business customers
\nTrack and resolve any disputes that may arise with the Insurance partner.
\nReporting<\/p>\n
\nPresent actionable insights in Device S&OP sessions
\nCommunication and Collaboration<\/p>\n
\nCollaborate with Aftersales team to develop chargeable aftersales products
\nStabilise a regular rhythm with all stakeholders<\/p>\n
