\n\u2022 5 years of sales and marketing exposure in a technical enviroment
\n\u2022 5 years of project related experience in a technical enviroment
\n\u2022 5 years of managing staff
\n\u2022 Experience in FIDIC and NEC Contract Terms and Conditions
\n\u2022 Computer literate (BAAN, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
\n\u2022 Technical qualification preferrably in Mechanical Engineering ( NHD )
\n\u2022 Projects Management or Commercial qualification ( will be a benefit.)
\nCandidates with experience in turnkey project management (complete life cycle of project), 5-10yrs for project engineer
\nCandidates field of experience must be in capital mechanical construction industry for rotating machinery. (any of pumps, compressors, motors, turbines, fans etc.)
\nNational Diploma in Engineering field
\nExperience in FIDIC Contract Terms and Conditions (Contractor side)
\nSales experience will be an added benefit
\nThe person must have the following:
\n\u2022 Working knowledge and application of sales and tendering v procedures
\n\u2022 Working knowledge and application of project management procedures
\n\u2022 Project management skills
\n\u2022 People Management Skills
\n\u2022 Utiliize commercial skills
\n\u2022 Provide technical expertise and solutions.
\n\u2022 Negotiating Skills
\n\u2022 Segment and market awareness
\nResponsibilities:
\nThe incumbent will focus on the marketing, selling, project management, administration, personnel management and financial management of the segment, in line with the company’s overall strategies and objectives, as well as in line with corporate procedures.
\n\u2022 Achievement of Order intake and Sales targets in accordance with agreed budgets.
\n\u2022 Effective project management in terms of quality, cost and schedule.
\n\u2022 Effective reporting with high level attention to detail and technical proficienc, within defined timelines.
\n\u2022 Effective management of customer relationships.
\n\u2022 Effective management of personnel to achieve targets.
\n\u2022 Effective management of key customer relationships.
\n\u2022 Effective comunication and participation with other business units.
