\nCore Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nReview sourcing policies and best practices continuously to improve efficiency of the supply chain process,
\nReduction of overall costs for procured materials and services,
\nIssue, control and adjudicate tenders\/RFQ’s to suppliers,
\nMaintain effective contribution to achievement of Companies targets and goals,
\nContribute to the SA Group’s BBBEE preferential procurement spend pillar.
\nKey Responsibility: Management of SA group subsidiaries sourcing operations, contract management and administration for materials and services.<\/p>\n
\nFormalise and conclude contractual commitments to suppliers,
\nEnsure that supplier contracts are reviewed and approved by Legal prior to execution,
\nEnsure proper authorisations of supplier purchase\/service orders are obtained prior to execution,
\nManagement of the order processing and logistical operations related to procured materials and equipment,
\nMaintain database of supplier contracts, type, duration, value and open commitments and the reporting thereof.
\nKey Responsibility: Collaborate with Functional Heads to identify needs and to ensure timeous delivery of materials and services for project implementation.<\/p>\n
