Job Title: Office Automation Sales Specialist<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Planning & coordination of all functions related to achieving growth budgets as well as related general management duties Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> Grade 12 Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n 3 years successful Direct Sales experience Desired Skills:<\/strong> R15 000 \u2013 R25000 based on experience + Commission
\nLocation:<\/strong> Cape Town, Bloemfontein and Limpopo<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nObjectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nMaintaining and developing existing client base
\nBring clients back to contract introduce new products
\nActively leading new sales within each region
\nSales & campaign planning
\nManagement reporting
\nDevelops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
\nPrepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
\nInitiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
\nAccurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports
\nEfficient management of workflow procedures within areas of operational responsibility
\nEffective human resource management
\nEffective management of process and procedure with a strong action and change management orientation
\nCreative and effective planning and implementation to ensure the achievement of relevant targets and objectives<\/p>\n
\nQualification:<\/p>\n
\nSales Management Qualification (minimum 12-month certificate\/diploma qualification) – Advantageous but not essential<\/p>\n
\nProven track record of Key Accounts management
\n2-year ICT industry experience – advantageous
\nApplication of CRM and sales processes
\nSound understanding of telecommunications, networking & data
\nGood understanding of Human resource management principles
\nUnderstanding of financial management principles<\/p>\n
