\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nWe are currently searching for a Marketing Assistant who will be dedicated to the Adapt IT Telecoms division for technical and original content for the respective solutions relating to product brochures, self-help content, collateral page updates).<\/p>\n
\nDevelopment of content and support collateral with regards to presentations, brochures, sales support platform
\nAssist with maintaining and updating content within the self-help platforms, database systems
\nOnboarding and offboarding process regarding access to CXM products
\nPrepare monthly marketing reports
\nCreate and post online announcement on the respective product \/ support portals
\nCollaborate with internal and external team to produce product mailers
\nDevelopment of new content for new features, enhancements and initiatives – Updated collateral & mailers as well as product release mailers to partners.
\nManagement of quarterly product training bootcamps delivering required communication, co-ordination, surveys and training certification.
\nResponsible for communication and surveys as well as system support on Freshdesk platform.
\nMarket research
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nMarketing diploma; BSc in Marketing; Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
\nStrong communication, research, and typing skills
\nDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
\nAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines
\nCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
\nCritical thinker and problem-solving skills
\nAbility to work individually as we as within a team
\nCreativity, Resourcefulness, Flexibility, and Motivation.
\nAbility to understand the needs associated with a project, products solutions and the target audience.
\nReceptiveness to feedback.
\nFlexible to the modifications.
\nTelecoms background will be an advantage<\/p>\n
