Job Title: Software Onboarding Technician<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Conduct Zoom\/Video Sessions with Customers to guide them through the onboarding process of the Software
\nLocation: <\/strong>Umhlanga:<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nCompliance to the Company\u2019s Guidelines, Policies\u202f& KPIs
\nContact client to request further clarification or additional information as requested
\nSetting expectation during the onboarding life cycle
\nClient Onboarding<\/p>\n
\nConsult and design the portal for the customer based on their requirements and use case.
\nManage lifecycle of the software onboard in line with established service level agreement with clients
\nRelay vital technical information to clients by phone, email, or ConnectWise
\nUtilize internal resources in troubleshooting issues
\nOther Ad-hoc tasks as required<\/p>\n
