We are seeking to employ a skilled trainer with industry knowledg and experience.<\/p>\n
We are based in Milnerton, and will be recruiting from surrounding areas.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Call Center Trainer<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Must be willing to travel to various sites to administer training to our stakeholders.<\/p>\n Key Functions:<\/strong> Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> Minimum matric and or related NQF qualification essential Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
\nLocation: <\/strong>Milnerton<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nThe job entails training, assisting in development of training material, updates and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs both in class and on our e-learning platform so to hand over competent and confident learners to the various call centres.<\/p>\n
\nAbility to use various facilitation skills such as role play, live call feedback and e-learning platforms.
\nAdminister varied tests and learner assessments to check competency.
\nDeliver training using varied methods and techniques (facilitation, e-learning, etc.)
\nDevelop curriculum, learning objectives, and\/or course materials.
\nService all stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
\nGreat interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse audience.
\nCoach learners when gaps or non-performance is identified.
\nReport on the various campaign trained on a weekly basis, per Call Centre.
\nConstantly review progress on assessments and plan corrective actions.
\nIntroduce, train, and assist learners on how to use our E-learning platform.
\nConduct Training for new recruits and refresher for existing learners.<\/p>\n
\nSkills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nTraining qualification preferred
\nTraining experience in a Contact Centre environment Essential
\nTelecommunications experience highly advantageous
\nExperience in using and training on LMS and Articulate storyline preferred<\/p>\n
\nStrong computer skills (MS Office) essential and knowledge of e-learning is advantageous
\nAble to work under pressure and within deadline timeframes<\/p>\n
