Job Title: Business Operations Suppport<\/strong> job Summary:<\/strong> Support, monitor, and report on business systems operations to ensure underlying systems deficiencies are addressed.<\/p>\n Key Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Support daily operations of the relocation ONT release process to ensure that there is no FNO revenue leakage and align with external SLAs. \nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nEnsure that installed, migrated, and deleted orders are progressing correctly according to the process on the system.
\nAssess cancellation orders for approval or rejection in order to make sure the terms and conditions and policies are adhered to.
\nWork with order support and technology delivery team to make sure the root-cause of the system issues are being resolved.
\nMonitor the reports to identify issues on identified areas.
\nDocument system user guidelines relating to the use and support of the systems on identified areas where users lack understanding.<\/p>\n
\nExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
\nAnalytical thinking
\nProven experience working in an operational environment an advantage
\nProficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Visio and Word
\nTeam player, ability to work in a team environment
\nDeciding and initiating action
\nAbility to plan and organise daily work
\nAbility to follow instructions and procedure
