\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAccurate processing\/capturing of purchase orders<\/p>\n
\nChecking stock availability
\nHandling of returned stock.
\nCommunicating with internal account managers (sales) regarding incoming stock and availability of stock.
\nMaintaining a sale out and inventory report on a weekly basis
\nPurchasing of warranties for the units already sold to clients.
\nDaily checking of the back order report
\nMaintaining a record of stock levels. (Stores stock count)
\nOrdering of new stock
\nGRV\/Receipting of new stock (from supplier)
\nHandling queries internal and external queries
\nAssisting other departments in times of urgent queries<\/p>\n
\nQualifications, Experience, Competencies:<\/strong>
\nGrade 12
\nTertiary qualification in Procurement or Logistics
\nMinimum of 3 years as an Administrator in Procurement in a similar environment.
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a procurement department servicing a business unit
\nRelevant experience in the Telecommunications industry will be beneficial.<\/p>\n
\nOrganizational and interpersonal skills
\nComputer skills (SAP. MS word, MS Outlook, Internet & Email).<\/p>\n
\nCapable of dealing with several tasks at the same time
