Job Title: Sales Manager- (Telecommunications)<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Establish and communicate KPIs to all stakeholders on a monthly basis, in order to achieve business objectives<\/p>\n Manage campaign resourcing to meet production requirements and increase revenue, by working closely with Recruitment to ensure headcount is always on target Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> Matric BEHAVIOURAL AND COMPETENCY REQUIRED:<\/strong><\/p>\n Organised

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nWork closely with L&D to formulate training plans for the sales team with the focus on agent development, to enhance work performance and production levels
\nAnalyse people and data trends on an on-going basis to address key points within the business units, by implementing resolutions
\nCoach and mentor direct reports
\nPlan, Direct, Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of direct reports
\nDirect line manager duties encompasses staff members conduct modification through the guidelines of the various internal policies and procedures to ensure appropriate discipline is maintained and corrected if required
\nCreate a high-performance culture through focused incentives, supported with celebration and regular communication
\nBuild positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
\nSet KPIs in accordance with contractual & client expectations
\nCreate a culture of continuous improvement to drive effectiveness and efficiencies
\nManage campaign budget by monitoring staff headcount, incentive spend, data usage, etc.
\nManage budget, income, expenditure, cost, profit, etc.
\nConstantly review current production data, and take appropriate action
\nUtilise info and reports to drive performance, identify improvements and track trends over time
\nAssist to drive resolution in escalated complaints and queries
\nProvide support and guidance to direct reports in order to achieve and complete key tasks<\/p>\n
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/p>\n
\nMinimum 2-3 years\u2019 experience managing a team of sales agents
\nAll experience must be in the telecommunications sector
\nExperience must include B2B sales within the telecommunications industry
\nExperience with closing medium to large size business deals
\nExperience with negotiating deals at exec level in the client\u2019s environment<\/p>\n
