Job Title: Head of IT (JHB)<\/strong> Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong> THE strong leadership and expertise of a highly ambitious Head of IT with at least 10 years overall experience in a Senior Management role is sought by a leading Joburg Business Process Outsourcer. The successful candidate will also require around 5 years\u2019 experience in the following: Recruitment, Conflict & Performance Management; IT Governance (Risk, Compliance, IT Framework); IT Strategy; Budgets; TCP\/IP; VMware; Hyper-V; Windows; Data Security, Encryption Protocols, Penetration Tests and \u00b13 years Project Management experience. You must have a good grasp of English with the ability to communicate ideas well \u2013 particularly over the phone.
