\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nThe Client Relations Manager will be responsible for assisting, supporting and managing incoming customer requirements with daily sales administration activities such as renewals, quoting, billing queries, product queries and project status queries.
\nUltimately, the role requires the individual to contribute to creating and maintaining exceptional customer relationships and ensuring an efficient sales operational process and achievement of targets.<\/p>\n
\nProven experience in retention, sales administrative role (min. 2year) within the telecoms \/ ICT industry
\nSound understanding of client retention management
\nProfessional business etiquette
\nMust be detail orientated and efficient
\nExcellent knowledge of Google Workspace i.e. Email, Proposals, Quotations, Online applications (i.e. CRM, Pipedrive, Quoting tools)
\nSolid experience working on a CRM
\nOwn vehicle as face to face client meetings may be required from time to time
\nMatric certification essential with tertiary sales or administrative certifications preferable<\/p>\n
