\nThe companies IT department plays a critical role in supporting the business through its technology driven solutions amd offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the IT space in an innovative, collaborative and creative environment.
\nThe incumbent will be working on a wide range of projects ranging from developing new applications to supporting existing infrastructure and providing technical support.

\nDrive alignment and delivery of IT enablement of business strategies.
\nManage key business stakeholders.
\nLiaise between the technical and business teams.
\nAsses quality of change requests logged by business champions.
\nIdentify processes, problems and opportunities or needs and work alongside IT team to define solution characteristics.
\nInvestigate business problems across applications and functionality to determine the most effective resolution and document in the form of a business case.
\nAdhere to relevant governance processes such as the project management, LifeCycle, the Systems Development LifeCycle and associated practices.
\nProvide assistance to project managers with scoping and business processes.
\nManagenent of financials within budget and making use of Open and Capex.
\nStay abreast of relevant application systems and technologies whilst working alongside technical team to influence business thinking with respect to business solutions and benefits.<\/p>\n
\nMatric (Grade 12)
\nBCom or IT degree\/diploma in the relevant field
\nBI, MDM or Integration certifications highly beneficial
\nExperience:
\n5 \u2013 10 years senior IT management
\n5 years enterprise architecture management experience
\n5 years experience managing business intelligence and integration teams including ETL and data streaming technologies
\n5 years data management experience
\n2 years minimum retail experience
\nIT systems and solutions experience
\nStrong experience dealing 3rd party services
\nDevOps experience
\nIT application development
\nSOA experience
\nProject delivery and management
\nPolicy and procedure crafting (negotiation and priorisation experience)
