An Internal Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing the administrative tasks related to the sales process.<\/p>\n
They provide administrative support by accurately processing a large volume of quotes and orders and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery; maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity; responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service; generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities; accurately capturing, maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM tool, providing support for sales presentations and meetings and participating in team meetings, Sales Calls and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures.<\/p>\n

\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
\nMinimum Matric
\nComm or equivalent preferable<\/p>\n
\n12 months experience, especially in a sales environment would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
\nOwn transport and valid driver\u2019s license preferable
\nMust be willing to accommodate global time zones, if required.<\/p>\n
\nQuotes and Orders
\nCapture and process quotations, orders and customer details on internal applications and systems
\nLiaise with internal cross-functional teams to deliver orders and provide effective feedback to Customers<\/p>\n
\nReceive Customer enquiries acknowledge receipt, identify action required and take prompt action
\nEnsure accurate information on orders is passed on to the project team and resolve queries.
\nBuild relationships across the organisation through confident and clear communication to complete tasks
\nCollaborate with colleagues to achieve overall team goals
\nHighlight problems and work with team to find solutions<\/p>\n
\nQuote detail to be captured accurately including but not limited to customer details, company names, addresses and GPS coordinates<\/p>\n
\nActive participation in team calls and Sales Calls
\nProvide feedback when called upon<\/p>\n
\nSupport the sales team in achieving their targets<\/p>\n
