\nEnsure that best-practice multi-phased testing procedures (including user acceptance testing) are followed prior to the roll-out of software projects and\/or changes in live environments.
\nImplement change management strategies to facilitate the successful roll-out of projects.
\nProvide specialised user support for in-house developed software (issues logged via the JIRA Helpdesk).

\nEngage in identifying, preparing, and executing business goals with senior management.

\nEnsure data is handled, transferred, and processed according to legal and company guidelines.
