View ur other positions and content on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Operations Support Consultant (Fibre)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Johannesburg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nSupport, monitor, and report on business systems operations to ensure underlying systems deficiencies are addressed<br \/>\nSupport daily operations of the relocation ONT release process to ensure that there is no FNO revenue leakage and align with external SLAs<br \/>\nEnsure that installed, migrated, and deleted orders are progressing correctly according to the process on the system<br \/>\nAssess cancellation orders for approval or rejection in order to make sure the terms and conditions and policies are adhered to<br \/>\nWork with order support and technology delivery team to make sure the root-cause of the system issues are being resolved<br \/>\nMonitor the reports to identify issues on identified areas<br \/>\nDocument system user guidelines relating to the use and support of the systems on identified areas where users lack understanding<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience &amp; Qualification:<\/strong><br \/>\nThree year Degree or Diploma &#8211; in Engineering or IT Studies<br \/>\nAt least 3 years experience in a similar role in a telecoms and fibre environment<br \/>\nMotivated young individual who is passionate about technology and customer experience<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)<br \/>\nAnalytical thinking<br \/>\nProven experience working in an operational environment an advantage<br \/>\nProficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Visio and Word<br \/>\nTeam player, ability to work in a team environment<br \/>\nDeciding and initiating action<br \/>\nAbility to plan and organise daily work<br \/>\nAbility to follow instructions and procedure<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnet.co.za\/viewlets\/apply\/job-apply-form-viewlet\/authentication?listingId=3612491&amp;isMobile=false&amp;buttonPos=Sticky_Button&amp;locale=en_ZA&amp;rltr=&amp;source=listing\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re accepting applications for the position of Business Operations Support Consultant (Fibre).
