Inherent requirement of the job: A valid (Code B\/EB) driver\u2019s licence.<\/li>\n<li>A high level of computer literacy.<\/li>\n<li>Competencies (knowledge\/skills):<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in system support to be able to manage the Medicine Management systems used in the province.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Regulations concerning pharmaceuticals and supply-chain management.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, to manage the change management process within the organisation to achieve full acceptance of the system, with all users and relative parties.<\/li>\n<li>Good people management skills and a positive attitude towards working co-operatively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of authority.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel. Microsoft report writing skills. Knowledge of Impromptu\u00ae and Crystal\u00ae reporting software. Knowledge of the CRD\u00ae software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties (key result areas\/outputs):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Client services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and liaise with facilities using the Medicine Management Systems in the province.<\/li>\n<li>Management of all change control processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support the standard monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements using report writing tools.<\/li>\n<li>System maintenance: Maintenance of master files to ensure that the system complies with current regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective communication regarding Pharmacy requirements such as data availability and data quality with Pharmacy role players, including end users and managers.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with compiling and maintaining system user manuals and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation and support of the Medicine Management System at Health facilities.
