\nTo reconcile and balance creditor\/debtors accounts using General Dealership policies and General Accounting procedures.
\nThe job will be considered successful under the following conditions:<\/p>\n
\nBooks of Dealership and supplier balanced<\/p>\n
\nRelationships with Customers and company staff.<\/p>\n
\nProcess cash book
\nPerform Bank reconciliation and ensure it balances
\nFollow up age analysis
\nManage and reconcile floorplan statements
\nAssist in preparation of monthly commissions etc.
\nRFC correctly allocated. Credit notes issued to customer. Customer account balances
\nCompile debtors statements
\nPost General Ledger
\nDo petty cash
\nProcess suppliers invoices
\nFile invoices and recons \u2013 daily (at this stage done by Gertrude)
\nGeneral Filing.
\nDaily cash flow monitoring in conjunction with FM
\nReport to Financial Manager
\nAssist Financial Manager, when required to do so.
