Personal attention will be paid to the client and assurance that the client obtains the maximum input and outputs from the services that HR INTELLECT provides.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Johannesburg<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>Market Related<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:\u00a0<\/strong>Accounting<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> Accountant<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>Purupose of the job:<\/strong>\u00a0To administer, process and manage the operational financial aspects for Zonke Engineering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Day to Day Accounting<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Manage the process and the day-to-day entries, capturing and reconciliations for both Creditors and Debtors.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and input accurate Pastel records and ensure bookkeeping activities are completed to balance sheet status.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly Reconciliations of all Cashbook accounts<\/li>\n<li>Develop and Maintain company assists registers, asset insurances and maintenance monthly. Allocate depreciation and accumulated depreciation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and assess customer credit applications and approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Capture monthly creditors, process the required documents and load onto the online banking for timeous payments.<\/li>\n<li>Cash flow forecasting and participation<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Budgets and Sales Reports. Review and action changes.<\/li>\n<li>Process VAT and Taxes and ensure all submissions and payments are made as required by SARS, using SARS e-filing.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Head Office and Branch petty cash.<\/li>\n<li>Process monthly journals<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Financial Institutes, Suppliers and Staff as required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present:\u00a0 Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Monthly Accruals and Monthly Management Accounts within 7 days of month end.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Financial Audit packs for BEE and General Audit purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Manage Forward Exchange Contracts:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Manage and establish Forward Exchange Contracts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and process pay-outs, documents and roll overs for forward Exchange Contracts<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Forward Exchange Agents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Process and Manage Payroll and Employee Benefits<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Process Payroll &#8211; Salaries and Wages and assist with any employee queries.<\/li>\n<li>Process and Manage Company Benefits &#8211; Medical and Retirement Benefits, Company Vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Collate, check and approve staff expense claims, new employee benefit applications, leave, Sick leave and overtime claims.<\/li>\n<li>Process and submit Statutory Deductions and Payments (SARS &#8211; PAYE, UIF, SDL,WCA)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit Payroll and Company Statistics<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Salary Benchmarking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Tertiary Qualification Finance\/Accounting and at least 5 years Accountant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Computer Proficient and experienced with Pastel and Sage VIP software packages.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualifying Candidates can forward a CV to\u00a0<a>admin@hrintellect.co.za<\/a>.
