\nEffectively focus on delivering the 2025 transformation agenda in conjunction with the EHOD: HR Services Group, functioning as part of the Leadership team across the Group HR Services teams across all Africa markets. Execute a fit-for-purpose HR Operations Strategy for Vodacom Group across Sub-Saharan Africa, in conjunction with the HR Services leadership team, enabling the business become a leading Technology Company.<\/p>\n
\n– HR professional with credibility in HR Transformation and organisation design. Experience of working with Shared Services organisations.
\n– An understanding of current best practice and leading edge Human Resources practices and global trends.
\n– Interacting with High Level Stakeholders and gaining high credibility with this group, strong focus on Employee Experience.
\n– Good planning and analysis skills to enable business case preparation and benefits realisation tracking.
\n– Project and programme management skills.
\n– Strong communicator, with proven negotiating and influencing skills<\/p>\n
\n– Must have a 3 year degree \/ diploma or equivalent (HR preferable)
\n– 5-8 years\u2019 experience in HR Services at a senior level required
\n– Good business acumen.<\/p>\n
