The Project Coordinator will perform tasks as set out in the project management divisional procedures and assist the Project Managers in enhancing our customer service in accordance with our mission statement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report daily to PMs on previous day&#8217;s sites<\/li>\n<li>Ensure teams are set for daily tasks<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Project Administrator regarding required materials for upcoming projects<\/li>\n<li>Attend to sites and ensure daily reporting before 16h00 is done to Project Administrator regarding required material\/plans\/drawings and to Project Manager regarding access\/tools\/vehicles\/issues on site or with client requirements<\/li>\n<li>Aid PM in updating of Project Programs and Control Sheet<\/li>\n<li>Discipline line staff when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Attend project managerial meetings<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and implementing of project management divisional procedures<\/li>\n<li>Work overtime when required to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of project management principles<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2016794\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> July 10 2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in this position and meet the requirements, please submit your resume and a cover letter.
