The main purpose of this role will be to Effectively assist clinic customers with queries and booking of appointments with Dis-Chem Wellness clinics and provide consistent standard of service in line with operational guidelines. Ensure all communication is in accordance with the South African Nursing Council.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<u>Minimum Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 \u2013 Matric or a Senior Certificate<\/li>\n<li>0 \u2013 1 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Advantageous<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Customer care experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Job Description:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Correctly utilise and manage the call centre telephone in accordance with operational procedures and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of changes in medical aid procedures and requirements for claims and Clinic Services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all customer profile statuses are updated correctly and the correct action reasons are entered.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that concise notes are made on the system regarding any special requirements of the patient.<\/li>\n<li>Advise and assist patients regarding Clinic Services offered by Dis-Chem.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with patients regarding any feedback requested.<\/li>\n<li>Find and provide any information the patient needs as a Dis-Chem customer.<\/li>\n<li>Report any customer discrepancies to management.<\/li>\n<li>Use proper telephone etiquette when speaking with patients over the phone.<\/li>\n<li>Process all interactions necessary for the accurate managements of adherence calls.<\/li>\n<li>Contact the Clinics to correct any errors that might occur.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure authorisation when needed as per Dis-Chem standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer profiles on the system on the Dis-Chem SAP CRM system.<\/li>\n<li>Take note of any telephone or email messages on the customer profile and take suitable action.<\/li>\n<li>Report any customer discrepancies to management.<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc systems functions i.e. Fiori, NHLS website, Success factors\/MyConnect and Healthforce.<\/li>\n<li>Report to management on a regular basis regarding call centre matters.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all call centre related administration is up to date for reporting and auditing purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to Dis-Chem Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Competencies<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses customer questions in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Recognises the need for procedures and follows relevant procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Conveys idea and facts verbally using language.<\/li>\n<li>Accountability and dependability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Special conditions of employment:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>South African citizen<\/li>\n<li>General Computer skills.
