The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Commercial \/ Marketing Manager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role &amp; Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Support the Marketing Manager in all marketing activities to increase sales through effective sales and marketing<\/li>\n<li>Work with the team during brochure production in the planning, proof reading and ultimately, producing compelling brochure content<\/li>\n<li>Providing destination and hotels sales and performance reports and as part of reporting following campaign activity<\/li>\n<li>Keep in-house system up to date with content, including hotel copy and images<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Commercial team to prepare, sign off marketing materials on time and efficiently, including print, email and digital activity<\/li>\n<li>Ensure our website content is original, accurate and compelling<\/li>\n<li>Keeping track of images, formatting and loading updates and changes<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with preparing website blogs to promote our destinations<\/li>\n<li>Pricing of packages to support marketing activities and staying on top of our special offers process<\/li>\n<li>Help deliver sustainable and profitable growth through effective marketing to consumers and trade partners<\/li>\n<li>Support the team in securing and growing 3rd party partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Grow the brand on social media, planning and scheduling posts across their brands and pages<\/li>\n<li>General administration including liaising with the finance department to raise marketing invoices<\/li>\n<li>Assist with and attend supplier training virtually<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of travel industry news and competitor analysis, including pricing<\/li>\n<li>Working with the team when required with crisis management and supporting Operations in times of disruption with our messaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Highly organised and excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Able to use own initiative<\/li>\n<li>Articulate, excellent writing, grammar and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years Tour operating experience<\/li>\n<li>Commercial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Able to converse with high spend clientele, agents, and\u00a0 suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>InDesign knowledge will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Sales focused, team player and flexible<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, highly motivated and innovative, with plenty of energy and initiative<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2022264?appResponseMethodId=2&amp;applicationUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.placementpartner.co.za%2fwi%2fsubmit_cv_form.php%3fid%3dhelderbergpersonnel%26vacancy_ref%3dSW004093%2fML2%26source%3dcareers24%26rtpg%3dhttps%3a%2f%2fwww.careers24.com\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> June 20 2023<\/p>\n<p>In return, a competitive salary is on offer and the opportunity to work for an international dynamic company.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Based in Somerset West, Helderberg Personnel was established in 1998.
