The main objective of the \u00a0Senior Technical\/Solutions \u00a0Analyst is to ensure that all development \u00a0requirements together with its counterpart deliverables are met on-time, within budget, and right first time, to ensure complete Customer Satisfaction. The Technical Analyst Lead reports into the Product Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outputs:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nConsultancy services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Attend Technical and application functional meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Document solutions<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Development teams on proposed solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Visit client sites and gather application requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Understanding the business requirements, and through a structured process documenting, validating, and translating it into functional specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution.<\/li>\n<li>Create functional solutions with the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Advise and document improved system processes.<\/li>\n<li>Sponsorship, design, and continual improvement of the system process and its metrics<\/li>\n<li>Interfacing between the business client and the development team with regards to the business and functional requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coding<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Write technical specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Handover documentation to service lines<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ad-hoc development requests<\/li>\n<li>Code review<\/li>\n<li>Debugging and analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Systems analysis and design<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Analyzing platform and application inside and outside the BU for solution recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Solution design process flows<\/li>\n<li>Solution design architectural overview<\/li>\n<li>Documenting system integrations<\/li>\n<li>Leading and applying the necessary security protocols for production implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application &amp; Technical Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Provide \u00a03rd line operations support where issues are identified.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate P1\/P2 global outages and ensure communications are drafted and distributed to relevant stakeholders as per the defined process<\/li>\n<li>Investigate when incidents occur, document, and convey these to developers, ensuring that solution permanently resolve root courses that courses the incident<\/li>\n<li>Engage with client and incident management teams in the avoidance of interruption (pro-active problem management), i.e., via a trend analysis of important services or historical incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Escalates and document bugs, queries, and issues, which require development solutions for resolutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Matric Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Service Analyst experience in an IT support environment.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0ITIL V3 Foundation<\/li>\n<li>2-3 experience working on Telecommunications Systems\u00a0advantageous<strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong technical development background\u00a0 i.e. (PHP , Python , Java , Java Script 1 or 2 year programming\u00a0<strong>(<\/strong>This is not a developer but will have to understand coding \u2013 Python is preferred but they also do work on C# and C++ as well<strong>)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>API interface documentation and design ( REST ,JSON) \u2013 (<em>Important they work in the Cloud AWS<\/em><strong><em>)<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Lead role 1 year experience sufficient (some managerial background)<\/li>\n<li>Architectural viewpoint modelling meaning: \u2013 (<em>Must have documentation experience understand the views of the \u00a0workflows of the Diagrams of the solutions \u2013 would be a technical BA not a BA as such<\/em><strong><em>)<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Governance is important.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, Visio, and outlook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2021798\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> June 05 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Network Recruitment is a leading specialist recruitment company in the fields of IT, Finance and Engineering.
