team in East London.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Budget &amp; PMT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Establish budgets, PMTs following directives received from Regional Operation Director or product line GM<\/li>\n<li>Establish, implement actions plans and corrective actions aimed at achieving approved budget and PMT, in organisation\u00a0<u>and P-30<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>New\u00a0<u>projects<\/u>\u00a0\/ Processes:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen the site is a competence center:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ensure that Process and Quality Engineers develop manufacturing processes that will be used as standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure those s standards are continuously improved<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that industrialization of new products is done according to PG&#8217;s industrial standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure flawless new products launches<\/li>\n<li>Make product modification timely implemented<\/li>\n<li>Propose and implement once approved ideas of design, process modifications leading to material and other\u00a0 product cost continuous reduction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quality systems:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ensure that the quality system is implemented and that any quality problem detected is analyzed and timely solved<\/li>\n<li>Stop at first defect and support immediate corrective and preventive solution implementation to supply conforming product to customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer service &amp; productivity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ensure the effectiveness of the site logistic system for providing adequate level of service to customers,\u00a0<u>SIOP<\/u>o\u00a0Define &amp; pilot activities aimed at continuously improving direct and indirect labor productivity, inventories\u00a0 level, TRS\/TRP and maintenance costs, scrap level<\/li>\n<li>Interface with clusters, product groups &amp; regional operations to increase productivity reservoir, benchmark\u00a0 and animate his networks<\/li>\n<li>Develop the 5 axes plan for the site, including safety &amp; people involvement, VPS, constant innovation (in\u00a0 particular when competence center),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purchasing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ensure respect of purchasing processes and indicators for P0 (products in production) &amp; P1 (products in\u00a0\u00a0 development) General management :<\/li>\n<li><u>Ensure correct staffing &amp; competence, HSE<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Interface with local customer&#8217;s entities<\/li>\n<li>Is (most of the cases) the legal entity General Manager<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company in front of local authorities<\/li>\n<li>Manage the labor relations of the site<\/li>\n<li>Manage or co-manage (with PGs or Regional Operation staffs) the site functions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure administrative management of any headcount belonging to the legal entity<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible for the site assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>BCom Degree in Mechanical\/Industrial Engineering<\/li>\n<li>5-10 years experience working within an automotive environment at a
