Please consider this when applying.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>To champion all ANOVA 90-90-90 activities and oversee ANOVA staff at facilities (lead facility meetings and data review, monitor attendance and liaise between ANOVA and the facility)<\/li>\n<li>Work with the outreach teams to get referrals and to initiate ART for eligible HIV infected clients including PrEP and attend MDT to support community recalls<\/li>\n<li>Provide follow up care for patients on treatment in line with DoH HIV Management guidelines as well as Anova work plan and Facility 90-90-90 plans<\/li>\n<li>Routinely monitor performance &amp; registers of (TB\/HIV\/STI) programmes at facility level and provide mentorship &amp; technical support where required<\/li>\n<li>Identify poor performing indicators, put together quality improvement (QI) plans and implement as agreed upon with the facility and ANOVA team<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs at facility level and arrange in-service training where needed<\/li>\n<li>Train clinic staff on MSM Diversity trainer and biomedical training and mentor staff at facilities<\/li>\n<li>Use relevant M&amp;E tools to report weekly to Anova sub-district team on number of clients initiated on ART and TPT<\/li>\n<li>Support facilities with implementation of I-ACT support groups and Chronic treatment clubs in line with Anova\u2019s work plan<\/li>\n<li>Ensure holistic care is provided example acute and chronic condition of the PLHIV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>A degree or diploma qualification as a Professional Nurse<\/li>\n<li>Midwifery is a requirement<\/li>\n<li>Clinical Assessment Treatment &amp; Care (PHC Nurse Clinician)<\/li>\n<li>Registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council<\/li>\n<li>NIMART trained (western cape) and certified as competent to work independently<\/li>\n<li>NIMART mentor certificate would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years\u2019 experience in working at a clinic (PHC or CHC) facility<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years NIMART experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with latest HIV Management, PrEP, STI and TB and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s License is required and ability to drive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2027768\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> June 13 2023<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with our Employment Equity goals and plan, preference will be given to suitable applicants from designated groups as defined in the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998 and subsequent amendments thereto.<\/p>\n<p>Anova Health Institute is a provider of essential health services and therefore has a mandatory vaccination policy.
