We design and implement innovative service solutions to ensure that our clients can concentrate on their core business, knowing that all other activities are being managed in the safest and most cost-efficient manner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Supervisor &#8211; Cleaning<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Johannesburg<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0Market Related<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:<\/strong>\u00a0Chemical\u00a0Management<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> 61404<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacancy Details\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Empact is looking to recruit for a cleaning super under the Supercare division.\u00a0\u00a0The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of a cleaning team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years&#8217; experience within a cleaning environment<\/li>\n<li>Fully competent in operation of cleaning equipment and chemical usage.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Organizational, numeric and administrative skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize team tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Well-groomed and professional.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform general physical activities and knowledge of cleaning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Key areas of responsibility:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>As working Team Leader also lead a team of cleaners ensuring that the cleaning is done according to the client requirements and company standards.<\/li>\n<li>Instruct and delegate tasks to team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the cleaning equipment needed is well maintained and safe to use.<\/li>\n<li>On the job training of new staff on safety, company work procedures, methodology and operation of cleaning equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and report stock requirements<\/li>\n<li>Respond to clients&#8217; enquiries or specific requests and reporting such to the Cleaning Supervisor or Specials Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve problems and make decisions at team operational level.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out cleaning spot checks and ensure that the client sign off the job card.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that completed timesheets and supporting documentation is handed to the Cleaning Supervisor or Specials Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2027765\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> August 05 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With over 30 years of experience in South Africa and a range of seasoned professionals, Empact Group is a partner that you can count on.
