The successful candidate will report to his\/her respective manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspecting of the vehicle pre-departure and return<\/li>\n<li>Inspection lists to be handed back to Dispatch Supervisor every Monday to sign off before a new inspection list will be issued. Any errors on the vehicle need to be reported immediately before the vehicle can leave the premises.<\/li>\n<li>Checking parcels together with runner \/ supervisor before loading into the vehicle always adhere to the New Dispatch Loading procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering the parcels to the customers on your designated route as per route schedule and trip sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer adherence to the POD procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the RFC procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering all documents and collection slips that are allocated to your trip sheet and receive POD.<\/li>\n<li>Sign trip sheets in at the POD clerk and ensure that all documents that were assigned to your name is complete and received back the following day.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding trip sheets will be your responsibility and you will be held liable for any claims on No pod queries.<\/li>\n<li>No stock transfers between customer shops.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and cleaning of the vehicle, reporting any problems on the vehicle immediately to the dispatch supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Report any problems encountered regarding deliveries or POD`s to the dispatch supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years delivery experience<\/li>\n<li>Code 10 and PDP a must have, preferred<\/li>\n<li>Must be honest and show integrity<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Clear criminal record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2028610\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> June 13 2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equity Statement<br \/>\n<\/strong>At Motus we are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
