We are a generalist Recruitment company with talented consultants who are committed to both clients and applicants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Hospitality Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Paarl<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0Market Related<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:<\/strong>\u00a0Hospitality<br \/>\n<strong>Benefits:<\/strong>\u00a0Live-in<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> CAW000409\/CH<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacancy Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lodges Our client based on a beautiful reserve is looking to recruit a dynamic, hands-on, energetic Hospitality Manager to join their team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for developing the strategic direction and annual plans for all hospitality operation, the reserve across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the senior leadership teams of the organization to ensure operational support Ensure hospitality guest experiences are aligned with the wider objectives of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Create systems and conditions that enable the lodges to provide guests with outstanding experience.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with support teams to ensure that the desired standards are documented, and audits are developed.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the development of the organization wide annual plans for the hospitality operations including Budgets Manning needs CAPEX Working closely with F&amp;B, Lodge managers and other heads of department o ensure the implementation of plans and successful execution of the strategic intent of the hospitality function.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the performance of hospitality operations across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring lodge and hospitality teams continuously develop and display the level of competence, professionalism, excellence, protocol and etiquette.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lead the hospitality senior teams<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in overseeing and directing multiple teams<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in selecting, motivating and guiding management team members<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in preparing organisation wide annual plans including budgets and monitoring financial performances<\/li>\n<li>Competent in correctly developing and ensuring policies, processes and standards are implemented and applied across the hospitality operations functions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and improve operational effectiveness and efficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, security and other legal requirements across operations<br \/>\n<u><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Formal management qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Batchelor degree and \/ or diploma in hotel management and \/ or other related fields<\/li>\n<li>MS Office Suite &#8211; Intermediate<\/li>\n<li>8 years&#8217; experience in luxury lodges \/ hotel leadership role<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate previous experience in luxury accommodation &#8211; hotel \/ resort and \/ or lodge environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Personal Qualities:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Committed to providing exceptional levels of service to others<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates occupational levels of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively when under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to getting work done, adjusting to change circumstances and demands<\/li>\n<li>Emotionally stable, even tempered and calm when faced with challenges<\/li>\n<li>maintains positive outlook in most challenging situations and circumstances<\/li>\n<li>Models positive learn values<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates high levels of resilience to demanding environments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish strong relationships with people from various backgrounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2030285?appResponseMethodId=2&amp;applicationUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.placementpartner.co.za%2fwi%2fsubmit_cv_form.php%3fid%3dsouthcaperecruitment%26vacancy_ref%3dCAW000409%2fCH%26source%3dcareers24%26rtpg%3dhttps%3a%2f%2fwww.careers24.com\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> July 31 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are a generalist recruitment company based in the heart of the Garden Route in the Southern Cape.
