This is to be managed monthly and escalated where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Load all invoices of the Training Providers onto SAGE.<\/li>\n<li>Send Service Managers and FM\u2019s the Competency reports of the apprentice moving to another level.<\/li>\n<li>CC \u2013 Payroll in as this is a job title change as well as salary change.<\/li>\n<li>Upload all new apprentice information on to the SAGE system in respect of LOA, Apprenticeship agreement with MERSETA, ID and proof of qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Keep an absorption file detailing all Apprentices that have completed their qualifications.
