They can also offer expertise in refurbishment, facility management and training.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Project Planning &amp; Control<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Translate the Company \/ Project objectives, policies and requirements in a Project Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Implement Project Plans and monitor performance against Project Plan parameters, coordinate and follow-up areas of concern, analyse trends, takes corrective action and report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Human Resource Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ensures that all tasks have been clearly defined and understood and that responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations delegated;<\/li>\n<li>Provides leadership, maintains good personnel relations and provides support;<\/li>\n<li>Monitors career development and appraise personnel;<\/li>\n<li>Provides training \/ support for skill and career developments as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interface Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Coordinates and liaise with Client and other external stake-holders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates and liaise with the Company\u2019s Discipline, Operations and Commercial management;<\/li>\n<li>Structures and maintains information \/ communication flows between upstream and downstream parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AUTHORITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Authorize activities defined for the project Start-up Plan or Project Plan within the identified budget.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate control tasks within the Project Organization<\/li>\n<li>Financial limits as defined in the Financial Authorization Directive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in any Engineering discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years experience in engineering, of which at least 10 years in project management.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent is English, Written and Spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2032971?appResponseMethodId=2&amp;applicationUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.placementpartner.co.za%2fwi%2fsubmit_cv_form.php%3fid%3dsouthcaperecruitment%26vacancy_ref%3dCAW000413%2fCH%26source%3dcareers24%26rtpg%3dhttps%3a%2f%2fwww.careers24.com\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> June 30 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are a generalist recruitment company based in the heart of the Garden Route in the Southern Cape.
