Our mission is to ensure that our clients and job applicants are satisfied with our recruitment service and that their recruitment needs are met through our professionally trained personnel consultants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: REGIONAL HR MANAGER<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Sandton<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0R46 000.00 &#8211; R50 000.00 Per Month<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:<\/strong>\u00a0Human Resources<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> CET003873\/MO<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacancy Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client in the transport industry is looking for a Regional HR Manager.R46 023pm to around R50 000pm, and also include car allowance of R16 626pm, + fuel allowance, + cellphone,+ Provident Fund, &amp; Medical Aid fund.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Responsible and accountable for the HR functions of the North region.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible and accountable to ensure all deadlines are met at set standards in the execution of duties.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to compile HR department budget according to HR standards and BU\u2019s manpower budget and detail analysis of monthly variances in managing of these.<\/li>\n<li>Support line in the execution of their duties and to achieve the targets set for the BU\u2019s, including strategy and planning (as part of BU Management team).<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for processes &amp; procedures and policies in the framework of Personnel Services.<\/li>\n<li>Participate and make inputs in the operations budget preparations.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and manage the day to day HR functions of the region.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and develop short and medium term plans for the region\u2019s H R functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement Human Resources communication strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for recruitment, selection and placement of staff in coordination with recruitment department and in line with Employment Equity plan.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate Training and development of staff.<\/li>\n<li>Manage staff, H R Administration and Information Systems.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing policies and internal procedures &amp; processes as well as ensuring compliance and provide training.<\/li>\n<li>Actively involved in the general admin functions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Employment Relations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the required infrastructure and proper housekeeping in area of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for inducting new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance on all aspects of the personnel function with special attention to POPIA.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in strategy setting and specific HR Focused Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The ideal applicant will possess the following:-<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 or equivalent academic qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (additional legal or financial qualification will be an added advantage).<\/li>\n<li>More than seven (7) years relevant experience in a unionised HR environment, preferably transport or motor industry, of which at least five years have been in a managerial position.<\/li>\n<li>Valid Code 08 (EB) drivers\u2019 license.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office (Advanced level).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of computerised HR, Payroll and Time &amp; Attendance systems will be an<\/li>\n<li>advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable legislation and Main Agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the bus passenger industry.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed knowledge of Wage Determination 452, BCEA, LRA and other relevant legislation.<\/li>\n<li>HR Administration &amp; Information Systems.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of various Personnel functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2034652?appResponseMethodId=2&amp;applicationUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.placementpartner.co.za%2fwi%2fsubmit_cv_form.php%3fid%3dsentinel%26vacancy_ref%3dCET003873%2fMO%26source%3dcareers24%26rtpg%3dhttps%3a%2f%2fwww.careers24.com\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> July 22 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sentinel Staffing Services has been providing a professional recruitment solution to employers and job seekers in all industries since 1999.
