Previous experience in processing invoices and reconciling accounts is essential for success in this role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Minimum Matric Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Degree preferably or studying towards<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of Creditors experience and full knowledge of creditors processes and<\/li>\n<li>reconciliations are essential<\/li>\n<li>Sound working knowledge of the SAP system<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Word and Advanced Excel is essential (Pivot Tables)<\/li>\n<li>Numerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are required<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to liaise professionally with creditors and personnel at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Receiving of invoices and ensuring that the necessary authorizations are obtained<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of invoices and accurate capturing onto SAP before month-end deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that monthly statements are received and creditors accounts are reconciled monthly<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with creditors in relation to any queries and ensuring that they are resolved<\/li>\n<li>Administration of creditor accounts<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and capturing of creditor payments<\/li>\n<li>Filing of all relevant documentation timeously<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Housekeeping file on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Preparing of accruals monthly<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc tasks as and when required by Management<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining GRIR and Open PO Reports on a daily basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personality attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Highly motivated and enthusiastic<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Alertness<\/li>\n<li>Punctuality<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2036618\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> August 27 2023.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
